Baltimore cruise terminal car rentals?

Our flight out of BWI on return is 7 pm so we have time to kill between disembarkation and our flight. Was wondering if there were car rentals available from the cruise terminal that could be dropped off at BWI?

The cruise terminal does not have car rentals it is just the terminal.

Perhaps Enterprise will pick you up at the terminal. Doesn't hurt to ask.
