GEM Soft drink ?

:confused:I was wondering how the soft drink thlng works ? Do you get a card to use or do you have to carry a cup around with you all day? Thanks every one.

When you buy the "soda card" they put a sticker on your ship's key-card.

You get a sticker which goes on your room card. No need to carry a cup around.

Can you confirm if both of us in our cabin have to purchase the soda card - or can an individual purchase when sharing a cabin...?

The soda package is sold as a "per person" deal, so no problem with only one person in the cabin purchasing it. However, that also means that only the person who buys it can use it. The sticker goes on the one ship card and you cannot get two sodas at a time with one sticker. (Just in case that's what you were asking; I wasn't sure.)

When we purchased the soda card on the first day, we were also given a nice NCL travel cup (you could choose your color cup) that you could get filled anywhere on board.

Cheers - thanks for that - my brother doesnt really drink alcohol (but I make up for him...!) - so a soda package would be ideal for him...
