Specific Info on Tour Operators to Punta Tombo

We need names + contact for tour operators to Punta Tomo.

We're going on the Infinity Feb 13 cruise and want to see the penguins at Punta Tombo. We want the 7 hr tour (w/o Welsh tea).

We contacted atagonia-argentina.com. Their charge is astronomical - US$546 (for 2). This is much higher than the ship's. Typically, excursions with local operators are 1/2 of cruise ships' rates. Someone posted here that they paid $55 pp for a tour, but I can't find that post any more (for details).

We also read this on CruiseCritic - Whales Patagonia's buses are run down and unreliable. There is a Monica who guided past tours, but her e-address is invalid.

We emailed Port Compass and Flamenco Tours. Waiting for their reply. Has anyone had good experience with any of these? What did you pay (recently) per person? Are there other operators we can contact please?

What are the best (book with local) tours for Ushuaia (Tierra Del Fuego) and Montevideo? Prices?

Also a 4 hrs city tour (bohemian is preferred) for Buenos Aires? We arrive around 8AM at BA and can't make it to the 9AM one we found. Would like to take the city tour on Thur AM as soon as we check in to our hotel. This allows us to revisit any district(s) we like and see other sights from Thur afternoon thru Sun mid day before we board the Infinity.

Also, what time is the craft mkt open on Sun at San Tolem? Thought we'd see that before we board our cruise.

Can someone also please advise us the best (reasonably priced) ways to get from EZE to the Hotel, and from our hotel to the cruise terminal. We are staying in Recoleta.

Lastly, has anyone done a non-ship-booked "post cruise" tour which picks up at the terminal? If so pls give us info and comments. Sorry for asking so much, but we believe the best info comes from past pax. Thank you kindly in advance for your help!
