Great pics! Will go there again but my backside will be firmly on a bar stool next time! Paul has put in the insurance claim for his phone today and I need to get a quote to replace my sunglasses.

How easy was it to get to Maho Beach from the Destiny berth. We are doing this trip beginning of March (in St Maarten Fri 13th!!) and I would really like to see this for real (having watched the clips on YouTube).

From the berth you can either walk or take the water taxi into Philipsburg. From there you can readily pick up a taxi to Maho beach.

 

If you put "Maho beach" in the pink "search this forum" box at the top right of the previous page it will bring up five posts containing recent comments about it.

Hi Sailingscots, we are on the Destiny from 6th March but we are in St Maarten on Fri 11th March, presumably the same trip:)

Pipsmum- Yes, it is the 11th March that we are in St Maarten. We are there on day 13 of our trip and I misread that as the date -silly me!
