Welcome to CC. I've never done that excursion, but there is a ports of call section on this web site. You can do a search for that port to see if there is any info and if you don't find any info over there you can post the question there to get a better response.

 

Just a quick tip, when posting a question on here, make the title of the thread you are starting as a part of the question or the subject (like you can title this thread: Carnival Jeep Excursion) vs using your user name. That way people will have an idea of what you may need and you will most likely get the attention of people that are interested in that subject clicking on your question and responding if they know anything about it.
