Star Mexican Riviera - Ship Time vs. Port Time? Does anyone have recent daily's?

Does anyone here have recent daily's for the Star's Mexican Riviera sailings?

 

We're looking to book independent excursions in Puerto Vallarta but can't get a solid answer on what the ship time will be as compared to the port time.

 

Puerto Vallarta is CST, whereas the Star sails out LA on PST, a 2 hour difference. The other ports, Cabo and Mazatlan are MST, a 1 hour difference.

 

Our eDocs say we're in port 8am - 5pm, but don't specify the time zone, thus if we're in port ship time we could be off up to 2 hours and we could potentially book our private excursion too early (9:15am pickup with a 2:30-3:00pm drop off local time) or too late (11:15am pickup with a 4:30-5:00pm drop off).

 

Can anyone who's recently sailed the MR help out?

 

I suppose even daily's from last year would give us a good indication.
