when to book/price change

we are planning a week on the epic in nov 2012. we are trying to get group rate info and all that jazz before we actually book anything. but the rate is pretty good right now so im wondering when it might go up. anyone have any clue or suggestions of booking within the next few months or waiting a bit longer?
