Need some advise

Six of us are going on HAL in March. The ship doesn't offer a scuba package. 5 of us are going on the snorkel package but my 30-year old daughter wants to get scuba certified - she wants to do 2 dives in Belize and 2 in Roatan. In Roatan we have Victor all squared away and I will e-mail him but does anyone know about Belize. She found a couple of tour operators and wants me to do research. If you are wondering why she can't do them herself she is a surgical resident and kind of busy!!
