Any private yacht companies?

In St. Thomas we have done a private yacht sailings twice - once with Rumbaba, and once on the Jester. We LOVED these excursions and I'm looking for the same thing in Grand Cayman. These excursions only allowed 6 people on their boats, cooked up a wonderful private lunch, served wonderful drinks, and took us to remote areas. Is there any company/private owner that does that in Grand Cayman? We are not interested in visiting the stingray city once again...the only thing I've been able to find is Capt. Marvins and this doesn't appeal to us. Thanks in advance for any information you can give me.

I would try Slackemcharters.com It's not a sailboat, but a luxury boat ( from the pictures) They will customize a trip for you, fishing or snorkeling or sting rays or beach, whatever you please. I have not done this, but they were very quick to respond to an email inquiry. It's a family owned business.
