4-night cruise on Eclipse

We are going back on the Eclipse for the 4-night cruise to Cork in May. I was wondering if anyone here did this trip last year and can remember what the menus were and also what entertainment was available? I want to book Tuscan Grille for one night but really want to plan around MDR menus and shows.

Come and join our thread in the roll call section for this cruise. All that we are aware of is that the formal night will be on the 3rd day ie when we leave cork.
