Med cruise with Greek Islands-Help Please

Made a reservation for a Barcelona-Athens cruise last year,meanwhile health has deteriorated.Used to manage with a walker on excursions,think I need more now.Thinking of either renting or buying a wheelchair.Am concerned about the terrain. Our stops are Nice,Portofino,Sorrento and Civitacchia.Also GYpthion,Symi,Mykonos,Crete[Aghios Nikolaos} andNavplion in Greece.

Does anyone have experience with these ports? Is there any thing that I can do in a wheelchair?Any guides or taxi drivers you recommend? or should I just cancel and break D.H.'s heart {and some of mine] Thanks in advance.
