Conflicting times

So I booked the Canopy zipline tour in Roatan through Island Marketing LTD the other day and I'm a little confused about Roatan time.

 

The itinerary says we dock at 10am. The excursion is supposed to start at 9:30. The confirmation email I got from Island Marketing says that the excursion begins at 9:30 Roatan time and NOT ship time, and that ship time is generally 2 hours behind local time. However, I called Princess today and they said that the ship time, when we dock, will be in Roatan time and that the excursion time reflects that.

 

I did a search in the forums and everything I have read is conflicting... with everything else :o

 

Does anyone have any idea about any of this?
