cash / tipping question

we are sailing on the Gem in May and for the first time we have booked a penthouse suite (splurging for our 25th!). I know that the standard severice charge/tip will be added to our account and we will pay that whith a credit card, but I was wondering about how we tip the butler and concierge? I don't like to travel whith a lot of cash, is there check cashing or an ATM on board?

You can go to the desk in the atrium and let them know you would like to add a tip for the butler and concierge on your room account and tell them how much you would like to tip them. They will give you a receipt in an envelope that you give to the butler/concierge that lets them know you've tipped them.

 

We do this so that we can earn extra points on our NCL credit card...:D
