Deck 3 on Navigator of the Seas (Voyager Class)

Hey everyone! I've booked an ocean view room on deck 3 on the Navigator of the seas (near the forward centrum). Since these rooms are directly under the Promenade deck, will we hear a lot of noise? Also, are we so far forward that we'll hear/feel bow thrusters or feel a lot of motion? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
