United Parking at the Port of Miami

Has anyone used United Parking at the Port of Miami?They say that the parking garage they use is on Biscayne Blvd. 1 mile north of the port.How hard was it to get the shuttle before and after the cruise? Thanks

We got there early on embarkation day and they told me that they didn't start parking cruisers until 11am. On disembarkation day we waited over an hour for the shuttle. I will pay to park at the POM from now on.
