Epic question

We sail out of Miami tomorrow on the Epic and woud like to know if one of the dining rooms is open for lunch when you first get on the ship. We did this on the Pearl and it was nice bc not alot people go to the dining room for lunch so its nice and relaxing when you first get on? I also think I read some where there is a buffet someone on one of the outside decks that not alot of people know about and you can have lunch there also. So, I would like to know what my options are as far as eating when we arrive. Thank you

we were on the Epic 2 weeks ago and we went to taste, it opened at 12, very nice and quiet

We went to Taste for lunch that first day also...you order from a menu and are served by the wait staff. It seems to be a well kept secret.
