Epic Staterooms 10307/10308 or 10023/9059

Anyone stayed in any of these rooms? I've been looking at all of the pictures and am wondering if it is a true balcony with a glass barrier to look out to the water? Some of the pictures look like they could possibly be balconies with a little hole as a window (10307 and 10308). And are they covered? We need to book 2 so I'm trying to find out which ones to book.
