Just got back from the Valor.

 

The menu is the EXACT menu as in Host Mach's reply. Too early for me to have pictures uploaded, but didn't take many of the food anyway. Best meals for me....best app - crab cake on day 7, best entree was fresh lobster and shrimp duo on day 2, and best dessert was creme brulee on day 1...yumyum! Again, those were best for me, Carnival has great food so you can't really go wrong!

 

Make sure to hit the Mongolian Grill in Lido for lunch at least one day, but get there right when it opens (noon) because it's super popular! Have fun!
