We just did it on the Ecstasy and it was FANTASTIC!

 

Be aware though that it is a loooong dinner, so little ones may become bored, tired, etc.

We loooove the Ecstasy! The Chef's Table dinner was served in the Explorer's Lounge aka the library. It took about 4 hours start to finish.
