Tender or Docking

Does anyone know if we will use a tender on the following ports:

Dubrovnik, Corfu, Sorrento, Amalfi, Monte Carlo.

We tendered in Amalfi but not in Dubrovnik or Corfu on our last cruise. We were in Monte Carlo a few years ago on another cruise line but did not tender. I cannot answer anything about Sorrento.

You will dock at Dubrovnik and Corfu (where there was a brand new pier with a small plaza last April, "serviced" from the ship with a trolly). You will tender at Sorrento and Amalfi, (a year ago we were supposed to stop there but couldn't because of a storm). At Monte Carlo, our Regatta had to tender, but we saw the Silver Cloud docked right beside where our tender landed. Hope this helps.
