Tips for staying away from the ICE CREAM

I am going to only have one SWEET per day. OF coarse i am choosing mine to be in the dinning room but it will be hard to stray from the icecream. Any tips?

Have the ice cream, but watch the portion size. If you are

able to....; walk completely around the outside deck at least 4 times, and take the stairs instead of the elevator as much as possible.
