Shelley G Posted June 17, 2011 #1 Share Posted June 17, 2011 I just booked a cruise on the Century for February 2013 to Hawaii. I booked cabin 9142. I can see that it is midship but I wondered if the door of the cabin is directly opposite the elevator/stair lobby or a service area. There is a white space showing on the deck plans. The inside cabins start a few doors down. Please let me know if this is a noisy location because I have plenty of time to change rooms. Thanks, Shelley
jrs2831 Posted June 18, 2011 #2 Share Posted June 18, 2011 I just returned from a Century sailing to Alaska and stayed in 9150. As I recall, as you either got off the elevator or stairs and looked to the hallway you see 9144 and 9146. Then it was two doors to my room so it would be one door the other direction to 9142. I think that white space is a storage area. My room was not noisy.
