re Lost Luggage

My daughter and I have flown together for the last 30 years without any luggage problems but last November we did get caught flying to visit my son in Spain. Wearrived at Alicante with one cabin bag only containing medicines and gifts for the family. My daughter spent the night in her brother's spare pyjamas which caused us a great deal of amusement , I always have nightwear with me but the next day we had to find some emergency clothing in a Spanish market which was an interesting exercise.

Fortunately our bags arrived two days late but intact and all was well. I considered it lucky that we have had all our travels till then without mishap and hope this is our only experience!! Packing bags with both sets of clothes in each is something we have always done . If it happens one has to cope with it .:p
