Celebrity transfer from San Diego to Ensenada

Just got off the phone with Celebrity. The transfer is still "free" We are headed to Ensenada, Mexico from San Diego Airport in May 2013. We almost didn"t travel there as I heard conflicting reports on safety. Going there via Celebrity makes our group feel much better. Hopefully the roads to and from Ensenada are completed :)
