UNEXSO vs Blue Lagoon

Does anyone know which one has a better dolphin encounter or are they about the same? Is UNEXSO's location closer to the main island or do you have to take a boat to their location like Blue Lagoon? I don't see how to book on UNEXSO's site either - do you just book once you get to port or email them?

 

I told my daughter we would do the dolphin thing but I don't want to spend all day doing it either. I'd like to book the earliest time, do the encounter and then have the rest of the day to do other things.
