this ship will be doing mexico out of L.A. and

the $$ seems kind of cheap compaired to eastern/western caribbean.

so i have a couple of questions:

1. how is the weather this time of year

2. is the pacific ocean calmer than the caribbean?

3. are the ports kid friendly? we have a 14 and 12 yr old.

thanks,

cheryl

Cheryl,

1. We have had an abnomal amount of rain out here in California this year. You can find the average weather conditions on the internet and if I remember correctly maybe in the cruise personalizer.

2. Haven't sailed the Carribean but we had great seas last November from SF to Mexico on the Sapphire. The ship is so huge that I hardly felt anything.

3. In PV we did the "Swim with Dolphins" and it was an experience I will never forget. I would do it again in a heart beat.

We went last year at the beginning of both March and October. I would go back again in March. The weather was in the mid 70's no humidity, very very nice. Seas were calm but that can change in a minute. Took our 9 yo grandson horse back riding in Mazatlan, had a ball.
