Early Saver Question....

One of the ppl in my group booked with the early saver rate........

 

There are 4 people currently booked in their cabin..... WHAT IF the 4th person on the booking, at the last min, ends up not boarding the ship?

 

Will Carnival penalize the booking and charge the pentaly to the sign and sail account? Will they deny the other 3 boarding?

Assuming everyone is paid in full, that person is simply a NO SHOW.

 

Carnival got their money but the person didn't cruise, so there would be no penalty to the other three people in the room.
