Cabo San Lucas Private Family Tour

Our family of 13 would like to do a private tour of Cabo, lasting 3 - 4 hours. Can anyone recommend a reliable company to do a town tour and the coastal highlights? The last time we were in Cabo, in the early 80's, the town was very small with unpaved streets, but I guess it is now flourishing, and we would like to see it.

 

Also, a company to do a short boat trip to view the Los Arcos area?

 

Is there a safe beach within walking distance of the ship?
