Grand Cayman with Pregnant Wife

My wife and I are looking to take a cruise that includes a stop in Grand Cayman. My wife will be around 5 months pregnant while on this cruise and I was wondering what would be a good excursion for us to do? The cruise we are looking at also has a stop in Jamaica and we are planning to do a day pass at an all inclusive there. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
