excersize on board QM2

Are the excersize classes aboard complimentary or is it part of the spa program.? Do you think they might have a program that is done seated...like the silver sneakers program here. Its a great class that is done in a chair with excersize bands, weights, etc, but all seated. Good for seniors with bad knees.
