Hey Guys, Coming In August And Since There Are Several Places I Would Like To Visit And There Are Five Of Us, Think Renting A Car Would Be More Econonical That Taking Taxis Here And There. What Are Your Thoughts? Is Cozumel Pretty Easy To Navigate Or Is It Not A Good Idea. Also, Do You Know Which Pier The Mariner Usually Docks At? Thanks For Any Advice You Can Give.

The Mariner generally docks at the International pier. Renting vs. taxi depends on how many places you want to go and whether or not your particular 5 can fit in one taxi. If not, it will be much more economical to rent a car. Cozumel is very navigable. People do it every day. I would absolutely start with a map of Cozumel from:

I second Sally on all of that. If your group is all adults, the taxi will charge you up to double for the extra person...the taxis (not the vans) are only suppose to take 4.
