NCL PHONE NUMBER???

I have not received my documents for 4/19 European cruise due to a "computer glitch" which includes flight info. Travel agent has not been much help. Does anyone know how I can contact NCL directly by phone?

Our TA, CVC, was able to get NCL to print them out manually on legal paper and overnight them. Just got the docs today via DHL delivery.

You still have time. Let your TA know what can be done for you with a single call to NCL from them. We had called late last week and just got them real fast. Good thing to since we are heading out in two more days to Honolulu.

We havent received ours yet,either.I called Travelocity and they were able to give us the flight times but said the rest would go out overnite mail in a couple days!!!Our plane tickets are included so we need to get pgk before we leave.Do you have an update ????

NCL sent us the wrong plane tickets so I called and they e-mail an e-ticket to us. No problem!

NCL told my TA that the tickets were going out on Tuesday. I call NCL directly Wednesday and was told the tickets did not go out. TA called them Wednesday and was told that tickets would go out Thursday or Friday and not to expect them until next week. Well, we were quite surprised when they arived by overnite delivery on Thursday morning. It seems that the new computer system has wrecked havoc upon NCL.

Just glad they came and our flights are great (non-stop).

My advise to those waiting for tickets is to get your TA to call.
