Miracle - 2 nighter and 8 nighter within 3 months

I was on the Miracle for an 8 nighter Eastern Carib in June and recently a CTN out of nyc for 2 nights.

 

There were clearly differences to be seen.

 

I had a great time on both. I don't let anything ruin a good time. But....

 

...the ship was much cleaner on the 8 night from the time I boarded. Maybe my cabin steward the first time was better though....but the rest of the ship wasn't as spotless as it was 3 months earlier.

 

 

....the food not as good....even the same foods I had in the MDR or Lido were different....again maybe the chef wasn't as good... but i found these things strange.

 

....the atitude of the staff on 8 nighter was great whereas, just OK on the 2 nights.

 

Why all the differences....I just didn't get.
