Allure Western Half Off Drink Stickers?

Last year I remember people writing about half-off stickers for the drink of the day that you could purchase at the port shopping talk (but I think only on the Western itinerary.) I believe the sticker came in the book that you could buy for $20.

 

Does anyone know if this is still available? If so, do you have to go to the talk to purchase the book, or is there somewhere you can go on the first day to purchase it?

 

I figured even if we just used it once a day it would more than pay for itself!
