What happens with menus, steakhouse reservations on a delayed cruise?

Our upcoming cruise has been delayed by one day. Our 7 day cruise is now a 6 day :rolleyes: Typically, I choose which day we book the Steakhouse depending on the dining room menu. Wondering how the menus change in these situations :confused: Do they start with Day 1 and just eliminate Day 7? Or start with Day 2?
