A Little Guidance Please

So were getting ready to set sail on our second Carnival cruise. Our first was in 1990. We've been on other lines, and we're really looking forward to this one on CCL. So, my problem is this...I've been reading on the CC threads about something called a Single Digit Dance. Since we've now hit single digits, would someone please toss down a couple of DOD's, step up, and show us how to do the SINGLE DIGIT DANCE...with PRIDE!!!!!
