My sister just rented a car in Playa Del Carmen w/Hertz--what we need to know is they said the Hertz shop is 330 ft from the pier--This is where she rented location

I believe the Hertz site is referring to the ferry-boat piers, not the cruise-ship pier in Calica, 5 or so miles south of PdC. The only car rental outlet there is Executive, I'm afraid.
