Best gin in Jamica and/or Caymans

Trying to find a different (and GOOD) gin to buy. January trip to Jamica, Grand Cayman, & Cozemel......Know all the "standard" stuff.....wanted to know if anyone had a "local" gin that they found & really liked. Buying it as a late Xmas gift for a martini "snob," so wanted something different & good!

 

going on the Conquest out of N.O. on Jan 8th.

forgot to add: had 2 folks tell me that Appleton's & Sangster's Orig Rum were the best rums.....correct? Thanx!
