Expedia Cruise Insurance??

I believe I read on another thread where someone said don't get Expedia's cruise insurance if you book through them. What is the reasoning for this? Is there something I'm missing? It looks like they cover full reimbursement for sickness of you or a family member which is probably all we'd need.
