Arawak Cay Fish Fry

We used to go to the pier (underneath) for our local food and drink while in Nassau. Last time we went our favorite girl was gone and we tried a new place...we won't be going back. The area has gone downhill, just not the same experience we enjoyed before. So, this time we are wanting to try the Fish Fry; can anyone share their experience at Arawak Cay? Looking for travel tips getting there, the menus of some of the places, and what else is around there. We get into port at noon, we figured we could take our time getting off and head over to Arawak Cay for some lunch and hang out time. However, we do have our 9 yr old daughter with us and she won't be entertained too long if that's all there is over there. We also thought about the Sheraton first for a few hours then on the way back stop there and eat dinner before heading back to ship. The one thing I have yet to see on any thread is the hours of operation for these places....what hours are they open?
