Ft. Lauderdale Pre-Cruise Hotel

Anyone recently stayed at Rodeway Hotel near the Port in Fort Lauderdale? This would be for one night pre-cruise. Thanks RJ

yes we stayed there last year, rooms are okay but not the greatest, pool was very nice, breakfast is the normal continental, you can eat your brk outside by the pool. very relaxing. we took the shuttle to the cruiseport, but because there was 6 of us we paid for a private shuttle forget how much, otherwise its free but dont forget to tip the driver, hotel staff are very organized and friendly. would i stay here again probably hope this helps

A friend of mine just stayed there and was dissapointed. He was on the 2nd floor and no elevators. He was given wrong info about when the shuttle would take him to the Port. I had oraginally looked at this hotel for our up coming cruise in March but did not did not like the reiviews. i want to LMT and found the Crowne Plaza for 20.00 more then the Rodeway so I switched to that hotel.
