Question about completing price protection form

For the very first time we have a price drop!! I am in the process of filling out the ES price protection claim form, and have my screen shot, but have a quick question for you experts. We have 2 cabins with myself and DH in one, and our 2 children and a grandparent in the other. The drop is for the kids/grandparent cabin, not mine. Does the form need to be completed in the name of someone in the cabin or can I submit it in my name?

I have so envied all the price drops I see on CC, so very excited to have some for us!

Thank you.

Thank you for your quick response. I thought I should do that. My only hesitation is that I have to include a phone number and email on the form. The grandparent doesn't have email and wouldn't be able to speak to this issue if they called her. Do they routinely call? I guess I could put their name and my phone number and email in case they actually do need to call??
