Setting up a slot pull

Hi,

 

Has anyone set up a slot pull for their CC greet and meet? Our group would like to set one up but not sure how to go about it. I did one on our December cruise but can't remember the rules. I know we used the wheel of fortune slot machine but thats about it. Any help would be appreciated.
