If I do walk-off on Oasis in FLL, can I get to Port of Miami from FLL?

Recommended Posts

So as you see in my signature, I am doing a B2B on two different ships in two different ports.

I know there is a shuttle from FLL to Port of Miami right?

If i do walk off on Oasis morning of the 24th, catch a cab to the airport (FLL), will I then be able to catch the shuttle to Port of Miami?

Anyone have details on getting from FLL to Port of Miami?

I think if I wanted to schedule a transfer with RCL id need flight info, which of course I do not have.

I think that I would do exactly what you have suggested and get to the airport in Ft. Lauderdale and catch the shuttle that will take you to the Port of Miami. It is reasonably priced and I believe that they claim you will never have to wait more than thirty minutes for a van or a limo that will take you to the port. The share a ride limo stand is outside the baggage claim area at FLL.

We walked off the ship early this past Sunday, and there were numerous cabs (vans and cars) waiting. You could probably just catch one of them to Miami (if you are willing to pay the approximately $85 to go). Otherwise, I think the ride to FLL cost $13 and some odd cents plus a tip.

We had to fly into Miami because of flight changes, and we had booked an outside transportation company (QLS) to take us directly to our hotel in Ft. Lauderdale for a little over $50 plus tip.
