Webcam on Dream

Sorry if this has already been asked - but does anyone know why the webcam on the Dream has said "We regret to inform you that the displayed data has not been updated due to problems with our satellite connection. " since 3/30/12?

 

I'm sailing on 4/14 and was planning on using the Funville Forum to connect with the people back home. If they are having satellite problems does that mean the internet is off on whole ship?

I doubt the cameras not updating has anything to do with the Internet connection. It would be rare for the Internet connection for the ship to be down for very long - too many revenue centers on the ship depend on it.
