Doubletree Tampa Westshore

Anyone stay here? We got a great rate for a night prior to our cruise. Any decent restaurants near the hotel?

I have not stayed there but do know the area. It is in the Westshore area, which mainly consists of other convention type hotels and business. The Westshore Mall is nearby but my favorite is the International Plaza. There are many, many restuaruants to select from. There is also a cute little Wine/Tapas bar called The Grape. You can also buy wine by the bottle, which may come in handy for your cruise.

 

Here is a link to dining for International Plaza. Due to the traffic, walking there may not be an option, but it would only be a 5 minute taxi ride. You might also inquire if the hotel has a shuttle.
