So its confirmed, my boss is giving me 2 weeks off in January

Initially, I thought I was getting only 1 week off in January and I was trying to chose from NCL Epic or NCL Dawn, but now that I have 14 days off, I am thinking of going with a 10 day cruise solo. Anyone have any recommendations on which NCL ship (only NCL ships because I have a 250$ deposit I would like to use) I should chose for a 10 day based on experience as a solo traveler? Of course I am looking for a warm destination and it cannot cost more than 2500$ (including airfare).
