time difference

Can anyone clarify the time change....our ship says 8-3pm but then Roatan time would be 6am to 1pm. What time does the sun come up??? I wanted to spend time on a beach but tour the island too!!

Now there is a two hour difference, Roatan is 2 hours earlier, When clock change there is a one hour difference as Honduras usually does not change, Sun will be up by the time you get off the ship
