St John Island tour ST91

I will be on Oasis of the Seas on May 19th and will will be in St Thomas. I've never been to St Johns and would like to visit. Based on all the reviews that I've read I prefer to take the tour through RCCL. i wanted to know if anyone did this tour or can provide any info. it is the the St John's Island tour for approx 4 hrs. thanks for any information provided.

I have heard that it is better to do the shopping tour at St. John's as it lasts 6 hours and you have the choice to skip the shopping part...which means more beach/relaxing time
