Carnival no dive option in Belize?

Any ideas why Carnival is offering no diving option in Belize for the 1-6-13 cruise of the Legend. We were considering a dive in Belize and I thought with the tendering it would be a good place to do a Carnival sponsored excursion.

Thats odd because we were looking at doing the diving in Belize the Conquest on the Nov 25th sailing, and it was offered. Maybe because the seas are to rough/cold the dive shop is closed for the season?

 

We decided to dive in Cozumel instead, because there isn't anything else there we wanted to do. We're Ziplining in Belize, but will probably go diving next year. I hope its still offered.
